Who we are

Nudgemi is an ADHD companion app developed and operated as an independent product. For any privacy-related questions, you can reach us at privacy@nudgemi.app.

As we operate within the European Union, we comply fully with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What data we collect

We collect only what we need to run the service. Nothing more.

Waitlist signups:

• Your email address, provided voluntarily when you join the waitlist
• The date and time of your signup

When you use the app:

• A randomly generated device ID (no name, no account required)
• Your brain dump inputs — stored to provide the service and learn your patterns over time
• Usage data — which features you use, session timestamps
• Energy and emotion logs, if you choose to track them

Why we collect it

We process your data based on the following legal grounds under GDPR:

• Consent — you actively signed up or created an account
• Legitimate interest — to improve the app and understand how people use it
• Contract performance — to deliver the service you signed up for

We use your email only to send launch updates and important product news. We will never send you unsolicited marketing from third parties.

What we never do

• We never sell your data to anyone, ever
• We never show you ads or share your data with advertisers
• We never use your brain dumps to train AI models without your explicit consent
• We never share your data with third parties except the infrastructure providers listed below

Third-party services we use

We use a small number of trusted infrastructure providers to run the service:

• Supabase — database storage (EU region where possible)
• Railway — backend hosting
• Anthropic — AI processing of your brain dump inputs. Inputs are sent to Anthropic's API to generate responses. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to this processing.
• RevenueCat — subscription and payment management (when applicable)

Each of these providers is GDPR-compliant. We do not use Google Analytics or any advertising trackers.

How long we keep your data

• Waitlist emails — until you unsubscribe or request deletion
• App data — for as long as your account is active, plus 30 days after deletion
• Brain dumps — stored for your personal history. You can delete them at any time from within the app.

Your rights under GDPR

As a user in the European Union, you have the following rights:

• Right of access — you can request a copy of all data we hold about you
• Right to rectification — you can ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Right to erasure — you can ask us to delete all your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Right to restriction — you can ask us to limit how we process your data
• Right to portability — you can request your data in a machine-readable format
• Right to object — you can object to processing based on legitimate interest
• Right to withdraw consent — you can unsubscribe or delete your account at any time

Cookies

The Nudgemi landing page does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any similar tracking tools.

The app may use local storage on your device solely to store your session and preferences. This data never leaves your device.

09.

Children's privacy

Nudgemi is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with their data, please contact us and we will delete it immediately.

10.

Changes to this policy

If we make significant changes to this policy, we will notify waitlist members by email and update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
